Poul Schmith

Rune Derno is the Managing Partner of the firm. Rune also handles creditor positions and all related matters, including contracts with insolvent businesses, reconstruction in court and out of court, estate administration and matters relating to compensation for management liability and the professional liability of advisors in connection with financial collapse. Rune has special experience in contract law and procurement law and advises on digitalisation and the procurement and development of IT systems. In this connection Rune is very experienced in participating in agile design processes and how legal and commercial requirements are integrated, making the customer's systems and business processes as efficient as possible. Rune also litigates cases about tax and insolvency before the Danish courts, including cases about avoidance and liability in damages.
