Poul Schmith

Jakob Kamby is the head of our constitutional and public administrative law team and our data protection law team. He advises on public law matters in a broad context, including in particular on constitutional and public administrative law, the Danish Public Information Act (offentlighedsloven) and the data protection rules. Jakob has extensive experience in handling major groups of cases, advising on administrative cases of general public importance and advising on risk management and quality assurance in public administration. As the head of our data protection law team, Jakob also advises on all types of data protection matters including compliance projects, AI projects, DPIA, etc. Jakob also has significant experience in digitalisation projects and legislation ready for digitalisation. Jakob's advice is sought in data protection law, public administrative law and data protection law matters both in-house and externally. Finally, Jakob conducts court cases of general public importance in the area of constitutional and public administrative law.
