Poul Schmith

Ronnie is the head of our corporate M&A team. His work primarily consists of private and public M&A transactions, often with significant cross-border elements. The transactional work includes both majority and minority transactions for a variety of buyers and sellers including financial institutions, corporates, private equity, family offices and founders. He advises on all stages of M&A transactions, including for example planning transaction processes, strategic considerations, due diligence, transaction documents, negotiations, W&I insurance, etc. In addition to transactional work, he frequently advises a wide range of clients on joint ventures, company law and general business law.
