Poul Schmith

Thomas Christian Thune is specialised within labour and employment law and has dealt with these areas for almost 20 years. Thomas advises national and international companies on all aspects within labour and employment law, including with special focus on salaried employees, transfer of businesses and transaction-related employment law. In addition, Thomas is an experienced advisor within collective labour law where he advises on the entering into and negotiation of collective agreements and questions in this respect. Thomas also has wide experience advising on the entering into and interpretation of incentive programmes, handling of trade secrets, mass dismissal procedures and work and residence permits. Thomas is the co-author of Funktionærret (6th edition) and also has wide teaching experience within labour and employment law from several courses
