Poul Schmith

Max Mølholm Harborg specializes in contracts and transactions. He has extensive experience in international contracts in the renewable energy sector and in particular within the offshore wind industry. Max negotiates, drafts and advises on contracts in the renewable energy industry. He previously worked as an in-house lawyer for Vestas Wind Systems (formerly MHI Vestas Offshore Wind) where he advised on large and technically complex offshore wind power projects. Max is very experienced in negotiating and dealing with legal and commercial issues regarding contracts relating to the renewable energy industry. He has been involved in offshore wind projects globally. In addition, Max has increased his commercial and strategic insight by taking an MBA at HEC Paris which has given him a more holistic approach to negotiations and advice on contracts.
