Poul Schmith

Jakob Bernhoft specialises in banking and finance law and restructuring. Jakob provides advice to Danish and international lenders and borrowers on financing and restructuring including in particular acquisition financing, venture financing, mezzanine financing, bond issues, securitisation, energy and renewables financing as well as project financing in a number of sectors. Jakob has extensive and specialised experience in finance law. His experience in international financing matters and his international network mean that he is updated on the most recent developments in both market terms and financial products in an international financing market that is constantly changing. He has financial acumen and understands the context in which clients operate. It means that he is able to provide value-adding advice with commercial understanding to clients in an international financial market that is very unpredictable at times. Jakob also participates in relevant legal, strategic and commercial continuing education and in global IBA conferences.
