Ann Frølund Winther is a recognised specialist in M&A Real Estate and project development. She has more than 15 years of experience in advising international and Danish clients on M&A and development matters, especially in large complex transactions. Ann brings extensive experience in the establishment of data centers, covering supply and associated planning matters. Ann also advises on sustainability (ESG), including the EU Taxonomy, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other EU regulation. She also has extensive experience in advising clients on various corporate matters such as joint venture structures.
