Paw has spent more than the past decade specialising in dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation). He has argued countless litigation and arbitration matters before all tiers of the Danish courts as well as before arbitration tribunals. Paw has also litigated and arbitrated numerous high- profile cases in Denmark. Paw handles cases concerning both Danish law and international trade law and arbitration. In regard to the latter, he has taught the course for several years as an assistant professor at his alma mater as well as been (and still is) an invited arbitrator to the elimination rounds of the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He heads up one of Poul Schmith’s dispute resolution teams which fields some of the foremost dispute practitioners in Denmark.
