Senior Associate

Maaike advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending. She furthermore specializes in restructuring & insolvency and advises on matters of Dutch security rights and insolvency law.

Maaike studied at the Radboud University Nijmegen, where she obtained a Master's degree in civil law in 2007.
