Ruben Vermang is a partner in our Real Estate and Infrastructure team. He advises investors, sponsors, lenders and contractors on the full spectrum of real estate and infrastructure matters, with a particular focus on corporate real estate transactions, construction and real estate litigation, development projects, property and asset management, and PPP infrastructure projects. Ruben is known for his proactive approach, swift and clear feedback, and his ability to anticipate client needs. He regularly acts on both domestic and cross-border transactions. With significant deal experience and a reputation for unwavering commitment to his clients, Ruben is recognised as a rising star in his field.

He is admitted to the bar in Belgium and is fluent in Dutch, English and French. Ruben joined NautaDutilh in 2026 after many years at a Magic Circle firm and is a member of the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar.
