Charlotte Van Themsche is Counsel in our Litigation, Arbitration, and Restructuring & Insolvency teams.

Specialising in resolving high-stakes domestic and cross-border disputes, Charlotte represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings. As a trusted advisor in restructuring and insolvency matters, Charlotte has extensive experience guiding companies through challenging times, whether facilitating out-of-court solutions or representing clients in formal restructuring proceedings.

Charlotte graduated magna cum laude from the University of Brussels (ULB) in 2013. In 2014, she obtained an LL.M in Public International Law at Leiden University (the Netherlands).
