Jenny is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A Group at Matheson.  Jenny has advised a range of leading domestic and international clients on many aspects of Irish corporate law including mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity transactions, joint venture arrangements and general corporate advisory matters and has experience acting for both buyers and sellers. Having previously worked in a leading international law firm in London, Jenny has also advised international companies on both public and private corporate multi-jurisdictional matters across a range of sectors.
