Maeve is a partner in Matheson’s Disputes and Investigations Group, specialising in planning, environmental and safety law. Maeve has advised on a wide variety planning cases as well as non-litigious planning and environmental matters. She advises clients in relation to the full project lifecycle, anticipating regulatory challenges and aligning legal strategy with project goals.

Maeve has deep regulatory and transactional experience supporting clients by identifying planning and environmental risks and working collaboratively to mitigate those risks.

Maeve trained in a top tier firm and has specialised in PES since qualifying, including spending a number of years as advisor to the national planning body.

She is recognised as a thought leader in this space, regularly speaking at public events on recent developments and trends in the environmental and planning spheres.
