Micheál Buckley is a senior associate in the Finance and Capital Markets Department. He is an up and coming rising star with substantial experience across a broad variety of public and private transactions.

Micheál advises international companies and financial institutions, asset managers, private equity firms, investment banks, arrangers, issuers and trustees on aspects of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions with an Irish connection. Micheál’s experience covers a range of debt finance work, including peer-to-peer and marketplace lending platforms, life settlement transactions, collateralised loan obligation transactions (CLOs), corporate bond issuances, loan origination structures, securitisations, MTN and repackaging programmes and other forms of structured finance products.
