David is Of Counsel on the Healthcare and Medical Law team in Mason Hayes & Curran.

He advises on all aspects of Healthcare and Medical Law including the defence of medical negligence claims for the clinical indemnity scheme; representing hospitals and other healthcare providers at Coroner’s Inquests, representing health providers in relation to minor Wardship and inherent jurisdiction applications and advising hospital management and clinicians on all aspects of the Mental Health Acts.

David also has particular expertise in relation to fitness to practise and professional regulatory matters concerning the medical profession.
