Peter is a Dispute Resolution Partner in Mason Hayes & Curran. He acts for domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes and contentious regulatory matters. His advice is consistently commercially grounded, with particular depth in financial services litigation, shareholder disputes and aviation/transportation insurance disputes.

He takes the lead on large-scale regulatory inquiries, managing all associated legal workstreams, and brings substantial experience in expedited proceedings before the Commercial Court. Peter also advises professionals and their insurers on negligence claims spanning a range of disciplines, as well as partnerships navigating internal disputes.
