Oliver is a Partner in Mason Hayes & Curran's Real Estate, Healthcare and Built Environment teams.

He works with clients on a range of real estate matters and has particular expertise in advising international clients, healthcare and charity clients and in landlord and tenant advice.

Oliver advises international investors on Irish property deals. He has managed the real estate elements of some of the largest corporate acquisitions and development projects in Ireland in recent years.

Oliver heads the Mason Hayes & Curran Real Estate team’s public sector and charities practice and has extensive experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Oliver has acted for a range of public and private hospitals and other healthcare operators. He understands the very particular concerns and pressures that public sector, charitable and healthcare organisations and companies face.

Oliver has specialist knowledge in Landlord and Tenant Law with a focus on the office and retail sectors, with particular experience in acting for occupiers. Acting for major international operators, he advises on the management of entire Irish portfolios of several UK retailers and has acted for landlords and occupiers in leases of many of Dublin’s prime office buildings.

His commercial insight and legal expertise allow him to give straightforward, strategic advice, cut through problems and get transactions and projects completed without delay.
