Alan Fuller graduated from University College Dublin (BCL) in 1992 and qualified in 1995. He joined McCann FitzGerald LLP as a Trainee in 1992 and was appointed Partner in 2002. Alan's practice includes mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and equity capital markets.

He has vast loan portfolio experience, having advised several private equity funds on the acquisitions of large portfolios of loan assets. Alan also has significant experience in the energy and natural resources sector. Alan has contributed articles to many leading international legal publications including the Irish chapter of Mergers and Acquisitions 2020 (published by Global Legal Group, London).
