Senior Knowledge Lawyer

Holly Draper-Spillane graduated from University College Dublin (BCOMM) in 2009 and qualified in 2017. She is currently a Senior Knowledge Lawyer at McCann FitzGerald LLP. Holly specialises in Financial Services Regulatory and Fintech. She has extensive experience guiding clients through authorisation and registration processes with the Central Bank of Ireland, particularly for payment institutions, electronic money institutions, and account information service providers.

Holly also has significant expertise in anti‑money laundering (AML) compliance, including advising on Irish AML requirements and preparing and reviewing internal policy documentation. In addition, she regularly advises on and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements, including outsourcing, hire‑purchase, brokerage, and servicing arrangements.
