Liane Egan graduated from University College Dublin (BCL) in 2011 and qualified in 2017. She is currently a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP. Liane has considerable experience and knowledge in advising on project finance, PPPs and structured finance for public sector clients and financial institutions and has been a member of Eamonn O’Hanarahan’s team since qualifying as a solicitor. Liane has particular experience in advising statutory agencies in the transportation sector and is knowledgeable of the current legislative and regulatory framework which governs such clients.
