Senior Associate

David McCauley graduated from Trinity College Dublin (LLB) in 2012 and University of Oxford (BCL) in 2013 and and qualified in Ireland in 2018. He is currently a Senior Associate at McCann FitzGerald LLP. David advises private and public-sector clients on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law.

He has extensive experience advising clients before the WRC, Labour Court and Superior Courts, as well as through mediation. David’s practice includes advising on all complex employment investigations, processes and disputes as well as corporate restructurings, business transfers, outsourcings and redundancy situations.
