Kate Clancy graduated from Trinity College Dublin (LLB) in 2010 and qualified in 2017. She trained in McCann FitzGerald LLP and has been an Of Counsel since 2025. Kate specialises in banking and aviation finance and asset leasing transactions. Kate acts for many leading aircraft lessors and financiers on all aspects of aircraft financing and leasing including sale and leaseback transactions, restructurings, portfolio acquisitions and disposals and cross-border leasing transactions.
