Philip Flaherty graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway (LLM) in 2006 and qualified in 2011. He is currently a Senior Associate at McCann FitzGerald LLP in the firm's Real Estate group. Philip’s experience spans advising on the property aspects of security reviews and restructurings, as well as the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential real estate. He advises vendor institutions and prospective purchasers on all Real Estate‑related title matters, including property enforcement, renewables projects (solar and wind), and commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants.
