Edel Corry graduated from University College Dublin (BBLS) in 2008 and Trinity College Dublin (LLM) in 2010 and qualified in 2013. She is currently a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP in the Real Estate Group. Edel maintains a broad real estate practice spanning asset acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and advisory work for State bodies and regulated entities. She brings deep sector knowledge and a strong track record of delivering on complex, high‑value transactions, with particular expertise in the energy, infrastructure, and renewables sectors.

She frequently collaborates across the Firm on major transactions, including large‑scale development financings across multiple asset classes, such as PRS, office, hotel, retail, and healthcare, as well as on corporate M&A matters. Edel also advises banks and other regulated entities on title reviews and property aspects of a wide range of financing projects. Her experience includes acting on substantial loan portfolio sales involving distressed assets, covering both commercial and residential property.
