Career
Maeve Mac Dermott Casement graduated from Trinity College Dublin (LLB) in 2012 and qualified in 2016. She trained in McCann FitzGerald LLP, where she currently is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer. She has specialist knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Construction and Health and Safety law.
Maeve’s work includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts and related documents, including building agreements, development agreements, forward funding and forward sale agreements, fit-out works contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
