Mark White graduated from University College Dublin (BCL) in 1994 and qualified in 1997. A Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP since 2004 in the Finance Department and Head of the Investment Management Group, Mark advises a variety of clients engaged in the promotion and management of investment funds, and in the provision of funds administration and custodial services. Clients include fund managers in domestic and international funds markets and prime brokerage houses. Mark advises on investment business regulation and financial services law as well as asset management activities.

Mark was formerly a member of the Council of Irish Funds and is currently Chair of the Private Equity Working Group and also Chairs the UCITS V Remuneration Group.
