Hilary Marren graduated from Trinity College Dublin (BA Mod Legal Science) and qualified in 1990. She has been a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP since 1997. Hilary specialises in banking and financing work, with a particular emphasis on cross-border asset financing.
She acts for many operating lessors and financiers in the aviation industry and has significant experience of diverse international aviation transactions including aviation-related joint ventures, cross-border financings, portfolio acquisitions and portfolio securitisations. Hilary has also advised clients in connection with the acquisition and disposal of operating leasing companies.
Hilary is recognised in the IFLR1000 Women Leaders Guide 2024.
