Margarita advises clients across diverse industries on issues such as electronic communications, e-commerce transactions, data protection, telecommunications regulations, cybersecurity and emerging legal frameworks. She supports organizations in aligning their business and processes with EU and national legal requirements.

Her experience includes drafting opinions, negotiating commercial and investment contracts, conducting legal due diligence, guiding corporate restructurings, and supporting litigation processes. Prior to joining DPC, Margarita spent nearly four years at the Bulgarian office of a global law firm, advising both local and international clients on commercial and corporate matters, employment law, and AML compliance.
