Viktoriya joined DPC as a long-awaited reinforcement to our TMT and IP teams. Her valuable expertise in several legal areas, including data, fintech, DeFi, IP, competition, blockchain, crypto-assets, AML regulation, and friendly and easy-going personality have made her a perfect fit for our team. During her over 4-year legal practice Viktoriya has worked on a number of cutting-edge high-profile data and technology cases. Her Bluebook traineeship at the Innovation & Networks Executive Agency (INEA) of the European Commission helped her gain some first-hand project management expertise, which has proven to be extremely useful in finding the balance between the legal and business aspects of a case. Viktoriya has also been actively involved in the activities of the Balkan Blockchain Association (BBA) in her capacity as a legal counsel.
