Vincent is one of the leading labour lawyers in Belgium. His daily fare consists of legal questions relating to individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings, company restructuring, corporate labour law and the drafting and negotiation of individual and collective labour agreements. He acts daily for various international and Belgian clients, and he is an experienced litigator in labour and employment matters. He further advises on issues such as incentive plans and fringe benefits.

He has a good knowledge of corporate structures.

He holds a law degree from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven 1987) and a degree in international law from the University of Brussels (ULB 1990); in addition, he has a degree in finance from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven 2000).

Vincent is a member of the Lex Mundi Labour and Employment Group, and an active member of various national and international associations.

Vincent speaks several languages such as Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish.

Vincent has been an attorney since 1990 and a Partner at Liedekerke since 2001. He has been the Managing Partner of the firm between January 2013 and July 2023.
