Career
Frank Judo is Partner in the Regulatory Practice Group.
He assists companies and private individuals in their legal relationship with public authorities within the broad framework of public law, particularly in the fields of economic administrative law and constitutional law. His practice includes both advisory work and litigation, in particular before the Constitutional Court and the Council of State, with great attention to the preventive effect of well-considered advice.
Frank has, an extensive experience in providing preventive and curative advice to companies and government authorities on various aspects of procurement law.
Frank has published numerous legal contributions and regularly gives lectures on a wide range of topics, including the division of powers within the federal state and procurement law.
He holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven 1998), where he also studied philosophy, modern history and ecclesiastical law. He was attached to the Institute for Constitutional Law at the KU Leuven, between 1998 and 2004 as an assistant and between 2004 and 2017 as a voluntary scientific collaborator. He has been a member of the High Council of Justice between 2013 and 2020 and is currently the Bâtonnier of the Dutch Brussels Bar.
