Laurent Pyls is Partner in the Real Estate practice.

He is a transactional lawyer focused on commercial real estate matters, including single asset and portfolio real estate transactions, be it structured as asset and share deals, construction and real estate development projects, sale-and-leaseback operations, and all type of lease and other occupation matters, both on landlord and tenant side. His diverse clients englobe both national and international stakeholders in the real estate market, from REITs, to national and international real estate developers and family offices. He has extensive expertise in the retail, office, logistics and (semi)industrial sector.
