Senior Associate

Nina is part of the Competition/EU Law & Foreign Investment practice.

Nina has been practicing law for almost 8 years, during which she has gained extensive expertise across various dimensions of competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases. She represents clients before national and EU courts, as well as before the Belgian Competition Authority.

Nina also brings substantial in-house experience to the  team, having served as a temporary solo counsel during her secondment to a newly established joint venture between two leading telecom operators, where she advised on competition compliance questions, hereby contributing to the development of the mobile access network of the future.

Nina holds a keen interest in the intersection of digitalization and its effects on competition dynamics, coupled with a focus on compliance matters.

Nina holds a master’s degree in law from Ghent University (UGent 2014) as well as a degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB 2015).

Nina joined Liedekerke in 2018.
