Céline Tallier is part of the Corporate and Finance Practice Group.

She focuses on corporate law matters in general and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions and corporate reorganizations.

She advises as well start-ups and SME than international groups and listed companies.

Céline is graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) (2006) and holds a postgraduate degree in financial law from the University of Ghent (UGent) (2007).

She was admitted to the Brussels bar in November 2007.

Céline joined Liedekerke in 2018.
