Senior Associate

Louise is a financial regulatory lawyer working in the sectors of financial services and institutions, funds and assets, insurances and insuretech, digital finance, and payment services.

Louise has advised large Belgian and international financial entities as well as more niche start-ups and local entities. She regularly assists the latter institutions with legal questions relating to their day-to-day business and analyses regulatory requirements in the context of complex M&A transactions and restructurings. Louise has special interest in ESG.

She holds a Master Degree in Law from Ghent University (Ghent 2018). During her studies, she spent a semester at the Singapore Management University as an Erasmus exchange student (2016).

Louise joined Liedekerke in 2018.
