Career

Jacob Møller specialises in real estate and construction law.

Jacob advises a broad range of private and public clients, including municipalities and educational institutions, on questions concerning the lease, sale, purchase, and development of real estate. He also advises on construction law issues and has over the years gained considerable experience in real estate and construction law litigation.

Furthermore, Jacob provides advice on urban infrastructure projects, assisting i.a. in the negotiation and setting up of land development companies. Jacob helps clients in the real estate and construction industry navigate the complex sustainability requirements and offers guidance on the legal and contractual aspects of implementing sustainable principles.  Finally, he has more than 25 years of experience as an adviser for non-profit housing organisations.

He is acknowledged for his solution-oriented approach and eye for the detail, which is particularly advantageous for project development work that tends to involve a large number of parties operating over extended periods.

Jacob recognises the importance of working closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their businesses.  Jacob has handled a vast number of complex transactions, real estate projects and restructurings with a positive outcome to his clients' satisfaction.
