Career

Susanne Schjølin Larsen specialises in financial regulation and banking and finance law, including derivative transactions in the financial and energy sectors. Susanne is member of the team heading Kromann Reumert’s financial services practice group.

She advises financial and other businesses and institutions on derivatives and collateralization, including standard framework agreements such as the ISDA Master Agreement, the Global Master Repurchase Agreement (repo agreements) and the EFET General Agreement, master netting agreements, initial margin and variation margin agreements, structured derivatives, derivatives clearing and other obligations under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). Susanne also offers advice on financial regulation and REMIT. Furthermore, Susanne advises on general corporate financing, transaction financing and margin lending.

Susanne has many years’ experience with derivatives and regularly negotiates a large number of repo and derivatives master agreements and clearing agreements, and she follows international and local market trends and regulation closely.

Susanne's in-depth knowledge of the financial market, its players and its complex regulation enables her to provide targeted advice focusing on each client's specific needs. She offers hands-on advice and is a committed adviser, always seeking a close cooperation with her clients to achieve results that add value to them.
