Career

Peter Ketelsen specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transaction-related stock exchange law, company law, fund regulation, and general commercial law. Peter became a partner in 1997.

Peter advises Danish and international industrial and financial businesses as well as private equity funds on M&A transactions, including by auction and through minority investments. He also advises on business combinations and joint ventures. His company law-related work includes articles of association, and capital and shareholder matters.

Peter has advised on privatisation processes and succession matters, and he frequently advises on the regulation of commercial and non-commercial foundations as well as on general commercial law matters. He is also a director on the boards of a number of foundations and companies.

In providing advice to clients, Peter aims to achieve their objectives and meet their needs through his expertise, commercial insight and understanding, and often considerable experience within the relevant areas of advice. Among other things, he focuses on quality, predictability, and an informal dialogue.
