Nicolaj Bording specialises in litigation and IP dispute resolution, including in particular cases concerning patents or trade secrets or involving complex technologies.

Nicolaj has acted in a large number of high-profile patent and SPC cases and has a wealth of experience within all aspects of patent law. Nicolaj also serves as a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and advises on all matters pertaining to the UPC. He is also highly experienced in international arbitration of IP disputes.

Furthermore, he advises on contracts concerning licensing, technology transfer and collaborative research.

Finally, Nicolaj has extensive experience in general corporate law, capital market law, purchase and sale of businesses, and the law of obligations.
