Career

Christian Gregersen assists businesses and investors with a special focus on foundations and family-owned businesses and other closely held businesses.

He has wide experience within business law in general and assists clients with acquisitions, divestments, investments, financing, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, commercial agreements and commercial disputes.

In addition, Christian has comprehensive experience within negotiation and has served as lead on a number of transactions and major projects.

Christian has in-depth expertise within foundations, including formation, amendments to statutes and trust instruments, organisation and governance, regulatory affairs, board work, investment management, tax and accounting matters as well as all forms of donations, including buildings, research centers, endowment chairs, etc.

Christian also regularly advises on the planning and implementation of succession of private wealth, business ownership and management control.

Christian maintains a commercial focus on ensuring that the client’s objectives are achieved in the best and most effective manner throughout the assignment. Christian always strives to convert complex problems into simple and practical solutions which are sustainable in both the short and the long term.
