Mia Thulstrup Gedbjerg specialises in IT and technology contracts, FIDIC, and other standard contracts and has a public law background.

Mia has extensive experience with complex system procurements, including associated operations and maintenance—covering both critical digital infrastructure and technology in a broader sense. This includes advising on the use of FIDIC contracts in technology projects, such as biogas plants, logistics facilities, and more.

Mia primarily advises on projects within regulated sectors or with a public law perspective, including the defense and security area. Her expertise in complex procurements, deep sector knowledge, and insight into public law enable her to provide highly specialized advice.

She assists with all aspects of tender and procurement processes within IT and technology, from initial strategic considerations and selection of contract standards to drafting/adapting contracts, negotiations, and finalizing agreements, as well as handling any subsequent disputes.

When giving legal advice, Mia focuses on creating an efficient, structured process and delivering solutions that support the client’s strategic objectives.
