Managing Associate

Filipa provides consultancy in all areas of employment and social security law concerning both individual and collective employment relationships. Acting on behalf of domestic and foreign clients, participates regularly in legal due diligence and corporate restructuring processes, advising on the acquisition and sale of companies and business areas, as well as conducting proceedings for the termination of labour contracts. Legal counsel on employment litigation, social security matters and on labour law matters with major impact on human resources internal policies for clients of different market and economic activities, namely for large clients within the industrial sector.

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2013).

Law Degree (Católica Porto School of Law, 2009). Master's Degree in Corporate and Business Law (Católica Porto School of Law, 2011). Successful attendance at the lecture part of Postgraduate Studies in Labour Law (Coimbra Faculty of Law). Attending the I Postgraduate Course in Social Security Law (University of Lisbon School of Law/IDT).
