Anna specialises in insurance litigation and dispute resolution.  She joined Holmes in 2005.

Anna has expertise in defence personal injuries litigation in the Circuit and Superior Courts.  She has a wide range of experience in acting for both domestic and international insurers, loss adjusters and self-insured companies.  She advises on road traffic claims together with employer’s liability, public liability, fatal injury and defamation claims.

Anna also specialises in insurance arbitration and works closely with clients to identify and combat insurance fraud.

Heading up our internal legal quality and risk management strategy, Anna was responsible for leading the firm to achieve a gold standard score of 99% in our last Q9000 Legal Quality Standard audit.  The Q9000 is recognised by the Law Society of Ireland and awarded by the Institute of Legal Research and Standards.  It is the most advanced strategic, risk and quality management standard for law firms demonstrating exceptional levels of strategic, innovation and quality management.
