Avril qualified as a solicitor in 2023 having completed her training with Holmes.  She specialises in the areas of Banking and Finance.

Avril acts for both private and public sector clients.  She has experience in acting for both borrowers and lenders.  Avril has assisted in advising private and corporate clients on their borrowings, including new and revised loan facilities, negotiation of security and pre-drawdown requirements.  She advises some of the leading Irish financial institutions on loan facilities and associated loan and security requirements, including property and due diligence exercises.
