Edel trained and qualified as a solicitor in London in 2002.  She qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2003.   She joined the firm in 2024 when OCWM Law merged with Holmes.

Edel advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, commercial agreements and corporate governance matters.  She advises, in particular, on corporate matters including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Edel has acted for clients across many industry sectors including technology, healthcare, financial services, food and beverage, energy and natural resources and retail.
