David qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2014 and has worked for several leading law firms.   He joined Holmes in 2024, following the merger with OCWM Law .

David provides corporate law advice and is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures and commercial contracts.  David has experience in corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance matters.  He currently works on transactions in the healthcare, telecoms, pharma, packaging and energy sectors.
