Guillette specialises in mergers and acquisitions (including company acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, de-SPAC mergers and restructurings), representing clients including domestic and foreign private equity funds, institutional investors and strategic partners. She focuses on the financial sector and regularly works together with Houthoff's Regulatory Team. Guillette has had a leading role in more than 50 transactions and became a partner at Houthoff in July 2022. Legal 500 has recognised her as Next Generation Partner in the area of Private Equity.

Guillette is chair of the Legal & Regulatory Committee of the Dutch Association for Private Equity and Venture Capital (NVP) and has a seat on the European Regional Forum Committee of the International Bar Association. Until 2023, Guillette was a board member of the Dutch Young M&A Community.
