Dolf is a partner in our Real Estate practice group and a leading civil-law notary in the Netherlands. With over 15 years' experience, he specialises in property development, real estate transactions, corporate real estate, project structuring and real estate financing. Dolf has been involved in a wide range of asset and share transactions, ranging from one-asset deals to deals involving thousands of assets, and has dealt with every type of real estate over the course of his career. He also advised on highly complex loan swap transactions in the regulated social housing sector. Thanks to his diverse background and experience, Dolf is well-equipped to keep an overview in complex cases. He focuses on advising on complex inner-city redevelopments, real estate transactions, complex cooperation agreements, large-scale projects and corporate real estate matters. His clients include property developers, investors, housing corporations, and public and semi-public parties.
