He is specialised in environment, energy and other regulated sectors such as climate change, sustainable development, pharma, mining, consumption and public contracting.

Throughout his extensive career, Santiago has advised both Spanish and foreign companies, as well as business associations and collectives, on administrative and judicial proceedings, chiefly on matters related to the environment, energy and natural resources. He has also collaborated on the development of draft laws and regulations.
