Marie Robert Schmid is counsel in the Paris office's Financial Litigation team.

She assists the firm's clients in financial litigation, whether before civil, commercial or criminal courts, as well as in sanction, investigation or control proceedings brought by supervisory or regulatory authorities (AMF, ACPR, CRE, etc.). In particular, she intervenes at all stages of disciplinary proceedings relating to market abuse or compliance by regulated institutions with their professional obligations, as well as in any civil aspects of such disputes.

A graduate of Master II Economic Litigation and Arbitration at Sciences Po Paris Law School, Marie also holds a Master II in International Trade Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015.
